So, not every time because someone looks like they have it all together that means they do. Today while lending a techy-eye to a friend in need, they seemed quite overwhelmed with the work they had to do so we decided to go ahead and offer to help her with some of the projects she had to do for her school that she teaches at.
Today's word of kindness to ourselves is:
